A documentary on building Terminator Like warriors to fight wars on behalf of American soldiers. So the vision is there.
This entails the machines to think on their own. Imagine weapons on the hands of robots govern by a set of rules and decision to kill controlled by gears and electrons with a little fuzzy logic of AI. Does that sound right?
It is a two edge sword. One can make it kill or be killed.
The Hulk skeleton assist, on the other hand, is somewhat useful for on ground troops and, maybe, for civilian use – illustrated by Tom Cruise in the movie Edge of Tomorrow
